Patriot Guard Riders of NY has been requested to stand in honor of the life and service of Arthur "Joe" Perrine of Conesus, NY, who passed away on 14 July 2022.
Mr. Perrine served our nation for 4 years on active duty in the US Coast Guard from 1966-1970 with a rating of Fireman. His service included duty aboard the US Coast Guard Cutter Spencer (WHEC-36), a "Treasury" class Coast Guard cutter. Mr. Perrine was honorably discharged from active duty on 21 August 1970 with the rank of Seaman 1st Class (E-3) and he earned the Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal and National Defense Service Medal.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
PGR will provide a respectful flag line for arrival of the family and during the calling hours from 4:00-6:00 PM. A funeral service and Military Honors is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
There is no cemetery or escort involved in this Mission. Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American or US Coast Guard flag and dress for the weather.
