About the Mission:

Waterloo, NY was designated as the Official Birthplace of Memorial Day in 1966. The entire weekend is packed full of events, and on Monday May 29, 2023 the Bike Rally is a nice ride through the Finger Lakes region, with Chicken BBQ when we return to the Waterloo VFW. The funds raised benefit The Waterloo VFW, Waterloo American Legion, and PGR of NY.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Registration for this ride is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am with the ride leaving at 10:00 am. The Ride is led by Patriot Guard Riders of NY and The Waterloo Legion Riders. This is a very nice leisurely ride with a great meal at the end put on by the Waterloo VFW. Safety Briefing and Blessing at 9:45 Please come out to Honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice by enjoying your freedom with some great wind therapy.
