About the Mission:

James F. Brandow faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Navy, mostly on the Knox Class Frigate, USS Ainsworth (FF-1090), serving from his enlistment on 25 September 1978 until his honorable discharge on 2 October 1981 at the rank of GMT3, Gunner's Mate (Technician.)  For his service, he was awarded the Navy Expeditionary Award (2) and the Seas Service Riboon (2.)

His family requests that Patriot Guard Riders stand for this American Hero who stood for us.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Evening Viewing is from 7 - 9 PM.  Family should arrive 6:45PM.  Please be in position to receive family with flag line.

Please stage at the funeral home for the dignified transfer and escort to:  Resurrection Roman Catholic Church, 2325 Gerritsen Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11229.   Mass begins 9:30AM. 
Following the church service, we will provide an escort to St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale
