About the Mission:

This member of the greatest generation trained as a survey & instrument man, getting assigned to the 303rd Infantry Regt. While serving at the Battle of Rhineland he cleared a minefield on the bank of the Sieger River. For this action, he was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge. During the rest of his service time, he was awarded the American Service Medal, Asiatic Pacific Service Medal, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal, Philippian Liberation Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal. He attained the rank of T4 Sgt.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.


Special Information:

Please bring your flags. Dress for very cold weather as it may be in the teens with wind chill. The Mass is at 10:15 am.

Second Stage - Special Information:

Meet RC Mike at the front gate with your flags. The procession should arrive between 12 and 12:10 for a 12:30 time slot. Members will wait in vehicles until RC Mike is notified by Jim & Terry that they are near. This is to limit exposure to the cold as standing for the service will take more time. Dress for very cold weather to be safe.
