About the Mission:

This veteran honorably served his country during the Korean War assigned to the 1812 Co H , 179th Infantry. He was awarded Combat Infantry Badge, Combat Ribbon w/ Met /pend., Korean Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Stars, and UN Service Medal. He attained the rank of Sergeant prior to release from service. The family states he was always extremely proud of his service and wants Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Please bring your flags and meet in the administration parking lot for instructions. Please have your own water and dress comfortably for the weather.
