| About the Mission: | Mr. Paul L. Siegel has no family and had been a ward of the State until his passing on June 11, 2022. It is known that Mr. Siegel served in the United States Army, and was the recipient of 4 Purple Heart medals. Based on his age, it can be assumed that he was a Korean War Veteran. There are no military honors ceremonies scheduled, so we will escort Mr. Siegel from the funeral home to his final place of rest, rendering honor and respect at his interment service, graveside. |

Updated 8 March 2022Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters. |
| Special Information: | Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for the dignified transfer. We will lead the escort to Memory Gardens Cemetery, 983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205, for a 10:00 am interment service. Please attend if you are able. |
