About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders have once again been invited to participate in the annual Honoring Our Vets Car Show.  2022 marks the 4th year for this event, with 100% of the proceeds donated to the Stratton VAMC Voluntary Services Office.  Donations are used to purchase "NEEDS" for our local veterans treated at the Stratton, and include such basic items as socks, boots, thermal underwear, coats, non-perishable food items, department/food store gift cards, etc., all of which are very necessary.   Donations of these items will be accepted at the show. Clothing items must be new in package and in all sizes.

As we have in years past, riders will escort the classic show cars to the venue from the staging point, and then stand a flag line during military-themed ceremonies.  This show is held in conjunction with the Sand Lake Kiwanis Summerfest, so food is available for purchase.  There is no rain date for this event.
