About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been requested by the family of Robert L. Manosh to participate in his military honors funeral services. Robert, 81, passed away suddenly at home, on January 2, 2023.

Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Robert enlisted in the United States Air Force on 6 December 1962.  He was trained as a Fire Protection Specialist (AFSC 57150) while assigned to the 4631st Air Base Squadron at Truax Field, Wisconsin.  He was honorably discharged at the rank of Airman 1st Class (E-4), on 5 December 1966.  For his service, Robert was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, USAF Longevity Service Award and the Small Arms Expert Ribbon.

Following his military service, Robert worked as an insurance adjuster for many years. Following that, he operated his business, Precision Sharpening, where he connected with many as he honed their tools, knives and more to perfection.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

We will stand a flag line for arrival of family and friends.  Church service starts at 9:00 am. After the service, there will be a  dignified transfer and escort to Saratoga National Cemetery for an 11:00 committal service.
