About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been requested by the family of Jason R Bradway, Sr. to participate in his military honors funeral services.  Jason, 40, of Gulf Shores, Alabama and formerly of Queensbury, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.

Born in Glens Falls, Jason was a 2000 graduate of Queensbury High School, where he spent many years playing baseball and football. After graduation he worked as a chef for Rainer’s Gourmet in Glens Falls for several years. On February 16, 2010, he enlisted the United States Army and was trained as a Combat Engineer. He was injured while on active duty serving in Afghanistan and received a Purple Heart. Jason reached the rank of Sergeant prior to being honorably discharged on March 27, 2013.

For his service, Jason received the Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Combat Action Badge, and others. Let's come show support for this young life.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Updated 8 March 2022

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.


Special Information:

We will stage for the arrival of family and friends and will stand until the 12 Noon service. Upon completion of the service, we will stand flag line again for the dignified transfer. Escort to Saratoga National Cemetery to follow, with 2:00 pm interment service with military honors.

Second Stage - Special Information:

Interment with military honors is scheduled for 2:00 pm.
 
Please continue to observe the updated staging protocol for Saratoga National Cemetery.  PGR members will stage by parking ONLY on the right side of the roadway near Section 21.  If that area is full, the overflow parking area will be on the right side of the roadway near Interment Shelter 1.  Please park as closely together as possible.  As always, you are asked to stage quietly and respectfully.  Interment services for this mission will be conducted in Interment Shelter 1.    Please click here to view a map of the designated area
