About the Mission:

The family of Stanley G. Millspaugh has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services.  Stan, 69, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 with his loving wife by his side.

Stan was born in Canandaigua, NY.  A graduate of Bloomfield Central School, he served his country honorably in the United States Army from 1975-1980. During his service he travelled with his beloved wife of 46 years, Pam. After his military service he went on to have a long career as a welder. He was loved by all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.

Stan's brother-in-law is a PGRPA Region 12 Ride Captain.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

I would like flag line in place for hearse and family's arrival BY 9:10 am.  Cemetery roadway is a narrow dirt driveway.  Riders please use caution.
