About the Mission:

The family of US Army veteran Kenneth R. Spoth has requested Patriot Guard Riders to honor his life and service to our country. A lifelong Swormville resident, Mr Spoth passed away on Feb.15 2023 at the age of 87 yrs.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Updated 8 March 2022

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.


Special Information:

PGR members will stand an honorable flagline for the arrival of the family and guests for a 10:30am funeral mass. After the mass and a dignified transfer, PGR members will escort the family to St.Mary Cemetery, 8231 County Rd., Swormville, New York ( approx.1/4 mile) for interment with military honors.  Please arrive on time with an American or US Army flag.
