About the Mission:
The family of Mr. Edward R. Smith has requested PGR to participate in honoring his service to the United States.
Mr. Smith was a US Army veteran from the Vietnam Era. His rank was Specialist Fifth (SP-5, E-5), MOS 00H20, Enlisted Aide. He served two years at Army Headquarters, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Mr. Smith earned: National Defense Service Medal, Cold War Service Medal, Expert Qualification Badge: M-14, M-16, and Grenade Launcher.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
PGR Members will form a flag line for calling hours. Calling hours are from 4pm-7pm. Services will follow the calling hours at 7pm and will include military honors. Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American or US Army flag, and dress for the weather. The current forecast calls for low to mid-forties and a 50% chance of precipitation.
