This Event Mission Request form should be used for all non-funeral mission requests; such as Welcome Home, Street/Post Office naming, anything other than Funeral Mission Requests.
While the Patriot Guard Riders of New York try to accommodate all requests, we may not be available for non-funeral requests depending on schedule and availability of leadership. Funeral missions are our first priority.
