Jim and Terry Martinelli are our newest Ride Captains in the down state region. They live on the border of Regions 8 & 9 so they will be available for both those regions. They are a special team as they were introduced to the Patriot Guard Riders when we stood for their Son, SPC Anthony M. Martinelli, USA on 4/27/14 at JFK when his remains arrived back home and then through the rest of the Mission all the way to Long Island National Cemetery. They were so moved at how this affected them and their family they joined and started to come out to missions and have become a part of our core riders. Over the years they have grown into the position that they have already been doing for a long time but acting as “Temporary Ride Captains”. They are an active and dedicated team that represents the PGRNY with Honor and Dignity.
