Mike Osip has been doing RC duties as a temporary Ride Captain and filling in Region 9 for two years. He has handled many missions with pride and respect. It is a pleasure to make him a permanent Ride Captain for Region 9.
He is also a member of the Calverton Committee which sets up the ceremonies and happenings at Calverton National Cemetery. He is one of the first to answer up to handle mission/event requests.
Mike is a great assest to the Patriot Guard Riders New York. Please join me in congratulating Mike on his formal appointment as Ride Captain.
