Tracey Lowe has been a member of the PGR since 2012, she is ex army (5 years) currently works at Fort Drum as an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist. She is also the past Commander of the Clayton American Legion, and current Adjutant. Tracey is Treasurer of the Alexandria Bay Legion Riders, and a Fireman. Tracey has helped out RC Mike Villeneuve on several missions as well.
