Robert (Bobby) Rinck, has been an active member for nine years and has had two years experience as acting lead ride captain along with working with Veteran Recovery Program (VRP).
Retired last year after 30 years as a Code Enforcement Officer, His full-time duties now have him grand parenting 4 kids under 4 years old. Car and motorcycle restoration have been a hobby forever.
In addition, as a New York State Instructor, Bobby worked 26 years for Monroe Community College (part time) at the Monroe County Police and Fire Training Facility on Scottsville Road and also at the New York State Fire Academy at Montour Falls, teaching the required annual in-service classes.
Bobby is well known to the Law Enforcement Community and often works with Assistant State Captain Nigel Heaton and involved police jurisdictions, preplanning routes for both missions and Patriot Guard Rider events.
