About the Mission:

Patriot Guard has been requested to attend the funeral service of Arthur Wilfred Smith.   Cpl Smith served in the US Marine Corps from Oct 1959 to July 1965. He spent over 3 years in foreigh service as a Cryptologic Linguist (MOS 2574). He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Patriot Guard Riders will stand a flag line during calling hours starting at 4:00 pm for arrival of family and friends. There will be a prayer service at 6:00 pm followed by the Marine Corps Honor Guard rendering honors. The internment is private.
