About the Mission:

Elk members & dignitaries will attend a Wreath Ceremony at the Saratoga County Memorial site. Program includes: Elk veterans will gather behind their respective military service flags & be led to the Memorial by 2 bagpipers; National Anthem sung by vocalist followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by an Elk Dignitary; welcome by District Veterans Service Chairperson; poem by State Veterans Service Chairperson; address by NYSEA State President who will also lay the wreath at the Memorial

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

We will stand flagline along the Memorial Walk path to the County Veterans Memorial. After the last veteran enters the path, we will follow them to the Memorial and form a flag line for the ceremony.
