About the Mission:
The family of Eldon Kenneth "Dutch" Hutchinson has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Eldon, 87, passed on 9 November 2025, in St. Clair MO.
Born in Geneva, NY on November 16, 1937, Eldon was a 1955 graduate of Seneca-Gorham-Potter High School, and a 1960 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad until his entry into the US Army with a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant. After training at Fort Bragg, NC and Fort Eustis, VA, he was assigned to Company "A", 31st Transportation Batallion at Will Kaserne in Munich, West Germany. He was proud to have served his country in the United States Army, receiving his honorable discharge in June of 1964.
After his discharge from the Army, he went to work dairy farming on his father’s farm, a farm he would eventually buy.

Members will form a flag line at 9:30 am for the arrival of family and friends, for calling hours from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon, with interment with military honors conducted at Seneca #9 Cemetery. Please do what you can to support this family and acting Ride Captain Charlie Gysel.
