Mission applies to the following Region(s): Region 4, Region 5
About the Mission: We have been requested by the family of Mary J. MacDonald to participate in her military honors funeral.
Mary J. (Herron) MacDonald, 56, passed away on 29 January 2021, at home surrounded by loving family and friends.

She approached life with an intensity and fervor that saw her through difficult times and raised her to the successes of her life. Mary was a Cold War Veteran that proudly served for eight years in the United States Air Force. She Managed the Natick Branch of the Army, Air Force Exchange Service, aspiring to her current position of Equipment Specialist, which turned out to be the job of her dreams. Affectionately known as the "Boss Lady", Mary had fun with everyone that she encountered, endearing herself with a sharp wit and her smile. She'll always be remembered for her pride in having served in the Air Force, her dedication as a Technical Leader who kept the best interest of her fellow team members, and more importantly, the warfighter, front and center in everything she did.
