About the Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to escort Ward F. Neeley to his final resting place. Mr. Neeley of Bath (formerly of Alfred) passed away on 3 March 2019.
Mr. Neeley served over 20 years active duty from 1960-1980, with a Navy rating of Boiler Technician. He served many years of sea duty, including aboard the USS Monticello (LSD-35, USS Wabash (AOR-5), and USS San Jose (AFS-7.) Mr. Neeley retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7), and earned the following awards: Navy Good Conduct Medal (4 awards), National Defense Service Medal, and Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Mr. Neeley served 20 years as a Boiler Technician at the Bath VA Medical Center, and was a member of the Charles E. Wescott American Legion Post 173 in Bath.

Graveside Service with Military Honors at 11:00 AM.
