Once he is down and has his luggage Frank Byrnes will lead any volunteers on an escort north toward Connecticut where the Con PGR will take up the escort all the way to his home.

The rest of us will assist the families while they have breakfast and board the aircraft.

As I have been under the weather as of late Both Lucy and Frank Byrnes have been gracious enough to be my back up for tomorrow morning. Please follow their lead and give them the same assistance you always extend me. Hope to see you all in the morning.

- Begin original mission posting -

Riders,
We will be meeting at the hotel at 0415 to help the families get their luggage on the bus for the short trip to the Airport (JFK AA). The hotel is one of the 3 hotels on the service road of the Belt Parkway we pass after we leave the Burger King.
I will be getting exact address and will post tomorrow.
We will then escort the Bus from the Hotel to the Airline terminal, help them get into the terminal and escort them to the Breakfast (Yes we are invited) and then bring them to the gate and wish them a farewell for the 0700 flight.

While this is going on Lucy and anyone wishing to escort her (Please contact her see below) as she will be driving one of the families from the Islip area to the Terminal.
(Lucy   631.774.9049 email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
While all this is going on LCPL Andrew McCleary…Comming home from Afghanistan will be welcomed home by his Mom and family. Frank Byrnes will then lead any riders that would like to escort them back to the Conn Border
Information as follows;
Thursday December 9th 5:35am into JFK
Arriving flight 10 via American Airlines
Travel from JFK via I684N to I84E
CT PGR staging I84E exit 2 rest area (staging 0630hrs)

Riders will either meet up with Lucy (Escort from Islip to JFK) or Jim (Stage area posted tomorrow ) so that they both arrive around 0500 hrs at AA JFK. While we are there for the Families of the snowball express, we will also be there to welcome home LCPL Andrew McCleary, and then wish him well as some of our riders escort him toward home.

The AA Snowball Express flight departs at 0700 so most of us can still get to work on time.
