We have been asked by members of the FDNY to stand for one of the
Disabled American Veterans that they cared for. As there is no family,
the FDNY made the request for us to be there. I know that there are 2
other missions that day and there are no Ride Captains available as of
this time so there will be no escort, but if you have a few minutes
and can honor this Veteran I am sure he would have appreciated it.

(If you can RC please contact me)

If you can please remember, Bring your American Flag (and if you do
not have one, don’t let it stop you), Stand respectfully as a silent
presence, (cell phone off etc take a step off if needed) and do what
you always do so well. Thanks you
