This veteran honorably served his country in Vietnam while assigned to the 1st Air Cavalry, piloting a UH-1 Huey helicopter during his combat time there. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal w/2 Oak Leaf Clusters and V Device, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, 2 Overseas Bars and a Marksman Badge (M-14). He attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2. |
