ABOUT THE MISSION:

We have been asked to stand and render Honors and Dignity for Mr. Thomas D. Nerney. Mr. Nerney served in the United States Marine Corps from 1959 until his Honorable discharge in1964 and had served in Vietnam. During his service, he attained the rank of Corporal. After his discharge, he joined the NYPD, rising to the rank of Detective First Class.

Mr. Nerney will be laid to rest on Thursday, 22 June 2017.
Viewing hours are Wednesday, 21 June, from 1 - 8 PM, but we do not have a Ride Captain for that time. If you wish to attend, you may do so on your own.

Funeral services will include a dignified transfer from the Leo Kearns Funeral Home to Sacred Heart Church in Glendale for mass at 9:30 before his final escort to St John's Cemetery in Middle Village, NY.
