About the Mission: Peter Rapanaro faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Army from the time of his enlistment on 26 January 1954 until his honorable discharge on 22 November 1955.

An Auto Repairman (MOS 635) with the 8th Infantry, he received the Good Conduct Medal, UN Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Korean Service Medal.

Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to participate in his final honors.

  • * ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Wearing a protective face covering of some kind is required...homemade facemask, bandanna, etc. (Patriotic face coverings would be particularly appropriate) This will not only provide an extra layer of protection to ourselves and others, but will send the message that the PGR takes this crisis seriously and is performing this Mission responsibly.
Special Information: Please stage at the funeral home for dignified transfer and escort to St Raymond RC Church.
