  • ** ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Wearing a protective face covering of some kind is required...homemade face-mask, bandanna, etc. (Patriotic face coverings would be particularly appropriate) This will not only provide an extra layer of protection to ourselves and others but will send the message that the PGR takes this crisis seriously and is performing this Mission responsibly.

Special Information: After a dignified transfer, Mr. Winne will be escorted to Calverton National Cemetery. There will be no family present so we will stand as his family. Please do what you can to honor the life and service of this American hero.
