About the Mission: Kenneth Wirth served as a U.S. Navy Seabee in Vietnam. He is also a solid member of the Patriot Guard Riders and has been on countless numbers of missions for fellow veterans. He is also is a member of Long Island Abate which advocates motorcycle safety and awareness. Ken was always ready to jump in and help out with many projects and events that help veterans in many ways. He has been a solid friend to many in the PGR, veteran, and motorcycle communities. His wife Karen is a Region 9 Ride Captain and so it is extra special for us to honor, remember, salute our friend and brother " Kenny".

  • * ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Wearing a protective face covering of some kind is required...homemade facemask, bandanna, etc. (Patriotic face coverings would be particularly appropriate) This will not only provide an extra layer of protection to ourselves and others but will send the message that the PGR takes this crisis seriously and is performing this Mission responsibly.

UPDATE

Please remember to bring your own flags for this mission. LRC Fenech will give final instructions for the honor detail. Viewing by the immediate family will be from 10 am to 12 noon. There will be an outside service for those that wish to be present. After the service, there will be an escort to Calverton. Remember at the outdoor service we must still maintain distance and use masks/scarfs or similar face covering.

 Members not going to the funeral home please arrive at Calverton at 12:30 PM. RC Gene & Sue will be there with details and placement.
