PGR Riders.........

Weather looks good for the funeral services this Thursday - so the flag bike is coming out to escort from the church in Hudson Falls to Saratoga National Cemetery.

For those riders wishing to attend and who are coming up from those areas South of Hudson Falls - we will have a staging area on I-87N - There is a Rest area just past Exit 9 on the Northway.  Stage at this location for KSU at 9:30am - for an arrival at St. Mary's-St. Paul's church in Hudson Falls by 10:15am.

Services at the church begin at 11:00am and an escort will take Michael to his final resting place immediately following the service  - Saratoga National Cemetery - 1:30pm.

Hope to see many of you there to show honor, dignity and respect for the life and service of this young sailor.

The family of Seaman Michael Flint has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in the funeral services for their beloved son. 

Twenty-one-year-old serviceman Michael Flint of Fort Ann died Monday in an accident at Camp Pendleton, a Marine Corps training base near San Diego.
Michael Flint died when his military vehicle rolled over at about 8AM. Monday, killing him and another sailor and slightly injuring a third. 

The Patriot Guard Riders are honored and privileged to have been requested
by the family.

When:   Calling hours - 4:00PM to 8:00PM

Please come as we normally do as soon as possible and stagger arrival times
as you get out of work etc. Taking breaks as needed with the beginning
assembly staging at 3:30PM.

When:   11:00AM. Please stage at 10:15AM. 

RC: Big Dan, Dan will assign a lead vehicle to the cemetery.

Because of the weather, I know many Rides are not out of hibernation yet, so
there will be a lot of cages at the church. Dan is going to talk to the
Priest at the church to try to set up PGR cages so we can leave right away
to head to the cemetery.

 Any Bikes that are able to make it will ride with the family escort.
