ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Sanford C "Ike" Perham, a WWII United States Marine Corps veteran, has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in his military honors funeral services.
Ike was a lifelong resident of Gloversville. He proudly served his country during WWII in the United States Marine Corps from 1942-45, earning the rank of Master Technical Sergeant. Ike was stationed in the Asiatic Pacific Area from February of 1944 to September of 1945. He saw combat action against the enemy in Okinawa and received numerous awards and decorations for his service. Ike worked for Glove City Dairy as a laborer where he dedicated many years of service.
Another member of the Greatest Generation has passed on. We will be there to render Honor, Dignity, and Respect for the life and service of MTSgt. Sanford C. "Ike" Perham, United States Marine.
