ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Richard William Brennan, 74, of Clifton Park, NY and Fort Myers, FL has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his military honors funeral services. Richard entered into eternal rest on September 3rd, 2017.
A 1961 graduate of Mont Pleasant High School, Richard proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, from 1960-1966. He was stationed aboard the USS Sarsfield (DD-837), a Gearing-class destroyer, as a Machinist Mate 3rd Class (E-4), and served 1 year and 8 months on overseas tours. He was Honorably Discharged on 29 March 1964 and completed 2 years of inactive reserve service.
Richard was a loyal 34-year employee of Niagara Mohawk/National Grid, a 35-year Elks member, a former semi-pro football player, avid golfer, cook, fisherman and hockey fan.
The Patriot Guard Riders are proud to have the opportunity to stand for and render dignity, honor and respect for the life and service of Richard William Brennan, proud United States Navy Veteran.

Staging at the funeral home with flag line for the arrival of family at 09:00 AM. Following brief service and dignified transfer at approximately 09:45, PGR will provide escort to the church for a 10:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial:
