| About the Mission: | The family of Raymond T. Stone, Jr. has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Raymond, 82, passed on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Raymond was retired from GE, he also retired from the Army National Guard after 32 years of service. He was an active member of the Mariaville Fire Dept. for over 50 years and spent many years in Duanesburg Volunteer Ambulance Core. The above narrative is contained in Ray's obituary. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters. |
| Special Information: | Staging at the Park-N-Ride to meet the family carrying the cremains. Anticipated KSU of 12:00 Noon for escort to Saratoga National Cemetery. Route will be I-88 East to I-90 East, to I-87 North to Exit 9, Clifton Park, Route 146 to 4 & 32, Mechanicville to Saratoga National Cemetery. We will be travelling at highway speeds, so please ensure that your large flags are firmly attached. Interment with military honors scheduled for 1:30 pm. There will be no LEO escort or funeral home involvement. |
