|About the Mission:||The family of Gary H. Lewis has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Gary, 73, passed on Tuesday, March 30, 2021.
Born in Hoosick Falls, NY, Gary served in the US Army between October of 1966 and August of 1968. He was trained as a Heavy Truck Driver (MOS 64 B20), and completed a tour of duty at Tahn Son Nhut Air Base, Vietnam. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Specialist 4th Class (SP4), and for his service was awarded the US Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Expert Ribbon - Rifle (M-14 and M16), and one Overseas Service Bar.

|Special Information:||Staging at the church with a flag line for the arrival of the funeral cortege. Church services scheduled for 10:30 am, and are restricted to immediate family only. Following services, members will escort to Norton Cemetery, Lewis Rd, Johnsonville, NY 12094 for interment with military honors.
