|About the Mission:||The family of Don E. Morrissey has requested Patriot Guard Rider participation in his military honors funeral services. Don, 81, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020
Born in Long Lake, NY, Don had resided in Burnt Hills since 1968. After graduating from Long Lake High School, Don joined the Army where he served from 1961-1967. Upon returning home, he settled in Burnt Hills where he worked for various construction firms until he started his own construction company “Don E. Morrissey Excavating,” where he worked until his retirement.
He will be remembered as being “a man of his word” who had a great sense of humor and adored all of his family and friends.
