********** ORIGINAL POST **********

Members,

We have lost one of our Region 3 members, Richard (Rick) Rose passed yesterday after a long battle with cancer. Rick was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US army from 1966 - 1972. As well as being an active member of the PGR Rick was a member of Cicero American Legion Riders (Post 787) and had volunteered at the Gregory J Harris Military Courtesy Room at the Syr Airport assisting our Servicemen.

We have been asked by the family to stand a flag line during calling hours for him from 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, Service will follow calling hours. Due to the amount of snow parking may be a problem so I will update you on the exact time and place for staging in a later email.

Rick will be missed by all of us, through his battle with caner he remained positive every time I talked to him and his commitment to Servicemen/women never wavered.
