Honor Mission
Robert (Bob) D. Carroll
U.S. Army
Horseheads, New York - 03/16/2021

Mission applies to the following Region(s): Region 2
About the Mission:

Mr. Carroll, a U.S. Army Vietnam Era Veteran, served as a 62E Combat Engineer Bulldozer operator at Ft. Dix, New Jersey, Ft. Leonardwood, MO. and Darmstadt, FRG. from 1965 to 1971. Bob was a long-time PGR member serving mostly in the lower section of region 2 as our event photographer but he will mostly be remembered as a great friend to us all. Bob always had a great story to tell to raise our spirits as we did our jobs honoring those that served us. Bob will be one we remember and miss very much from our ranks for a long time.

Special Information: This is a Flag Line only mission at this time, we will escort Bob and his family to his final resting place at a later date this summer. Please do what you can to honor this American hero, one of our best friends, and to support his loving and grieving family and friends.
