ABOUT THE MISSION:
Another one of our "Greatest Generation" veterans has passed on. Jack's daughter has requested the participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in the military honors interment for her father - Jack L. Oblein.
Jack Oblein answered the call and honorably served his Country as a T-Fourth Grade with the 81st Ordnance Tank Maintenance Company during World War II. T-4 Oblein was honorably discharged on 2 December 1946. Awards included the Army of Occupation Medal.
The Patriot Guard Riders will consider it an honor and privilege to stand the Flag Line for this WWII hero - to render Dignity, Honor and Respect for the life and service of Jack L. Oblein.
Rest in Peace soldier - Duty done.
