ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Homes For Hero's Foundation has once again requested the Patriot Guard Riders lead an escort of a wounded U.S. Army Veteran, Luke McDermott, to the opening ceremony of the H. R. Wilson Memorial Golf Tournament. All proceeds from the tournament go directly to the Homes For Hero's Foundation. Luke McDermott and his family will be the next recipients of an especially built adaptive home to fit his handicap needs. He will be joined by past recipients U.S.Army Veteran SP4 Ed Guldin and U. S. Army SGT Jeffrey Hackett.
Luke McDermott is a member of the U.S. Sled Hockey Team.

There will be a Law Enforcement lead escort and we will be joined by Auburn's Chapter of Fire and Iron as well as other Veteran's Organizations. This would be a great opportunity for our Brothers and Sisters from the northern sections of Region 2 to join us. We will establish a flag line for the opening ceremony and present the Ride Captains Flag to Luke McDermott during this ceremony.
