About the Mission: The family of Joseph Testa, United States Marine Corps veteran, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders participate in his funeral services. Joseph served as a Marine in the Korean War, from 1948 to 1952, achieving the rank of Staff Sargent.

Joseph worked at General Electric in the Heavy Military Division for 32 years. Joseph's son Tony who now resides in Florida, was a member of the Legion Riders at Cicero Post 787, and a member of the Patriot Guard. Please stand with me as we honor Joseph's service to our country at his final farewell.

  • ** ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Wearing a protective face covering of some kind is required...homemade face-mask, bandanna, etc. (Patriotic face coverings would be particularly appropriate) This will not only provide an extra layer of protection to ourselves and others, but will send the message that the PGR takes this crisis seriously and is performing this Mission responsibly.
Special Information: We will stand a flag line for Joseph as he arrives, and departs the church. After his service we will escort him to St. Joseph Cemetery in Auburn, and will stand at the gravesite.
