ABOUT THE MISSION:
Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to honor the service of WWII, US Navy veteran, Richard Charles Mosher, with our Flag Line and escort. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Seaman 1st Class in the Pacific Theater during WWII, receiving the Victory Medal, American Theatre Medal and Asiatic Pacific Medal-2 stars.

We will stand our Flag Line then escort Mr. Mosher to his final resting place in Forestville Cemetery where full military honors will be held.
American Flags will already be in place upon your arrival.
