About the Mission:

The family of Robert E. "Bob" Bloomfield has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services.  Robert, 93, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the MM Ewing Continuing Care Center in Canandaigua, NY.

Born in Honeoye Falls, NY, Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1949 to 1973, honorably retiring at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (E-8).

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

We will stage at United Church of Bristol with kick stands up at 10:30 am for a short several hundred yard ride to the Evergreen Cemetery, 3812 Co Rd 2 in Bloomfield, NY, for the arrival of Family at 10:45 am. A short service will be conducted at 11:00 am with full military honors.
