About the Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to assist in Honoring WWII Veteran Ladislaus J. "Walter" Kostrzewski of Williamsville, who passed away on 5 December 2019.

Mr. Kostrzewski served 2 years, 2 months in the U.S. Army Air Force from 1944-1946. His MOS was 747-Airplane and Engine Mechanic, and he was stationed stateside with the 2132nd USAAF Base Unit. Mr. Kostrzewski was Honorably Discharged on 25 April 1946 with the rank of Private First Class, and he earned the following awards: Army Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, WWII Victory Medal, and M-1 Rifle Marksman Badge.

Followed by Dignified Transfer and escort to Saint Gregory the Great R.C. Church, 250 St. Gregory Court, Williamsville.
Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
Followed by an escort to Saint Stanislaus Cemetery for Interment with Military Honors.
Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American, U.S. Army or U.S. Air Force flag, and dress for the weather.
