About the Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in Honor of the Vietnam War Combat service of Clarence Kelwaski of Warren, PA, who passed away on 19 December 2019.

Mr. Kelwaski served a total of 5 years Honorable active duty, including 2 years service in Vietnam from 1966-1968. He also served several years in the Army Reserve in the 1980's. Mr. Kelwaski achieved the rank of Sergeant (E-5), and earned the following awards: Combat Infantryman Badge, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/3 Bronze Service Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, 3 Overseas Service Bars, and M16 Rifle Marksman Badge.

Visitation from 4:00-6:00 pm.
Funeral Service at the FH at 6:00 pm, including Military Honors.
There is no cemetery involved in this Mission.
Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American or US Army flag, and dress for the weather.
