Opening ceremony Flagline ---2nd Annual Tunnel to Towers Rochester celebrating heroic actions of FDNY FF Stephen G Stiller who ran from Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to WTC in gear.

Primary Staging Time: 8:15 A.M.
Durand Beach - Lakeshore Blvd (approx. area end of Kings Hwy @ beach) Look for tents and My 9/11 flag bike.
