|About the Mission:||The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in honor of the life and service of Robert G. Dusen of Attica, NY who passed away on 3 June 2021 at the age of 102.
Mr. Dusen served over 3 years on active duty in the US Army Air Force from 1942-1945, including 24 months in the European Theater of Operations. His MOS was 911-Airplane Armorer, and he was attached to the 663rd Bomb Squadron in England. Mr. Dusen was involved in 6 campaigns: Normandy, Air Offensive, Northern France, Central Europe, Ardennes, and Rhineland. He was honorably discharged from active duty on 19 September 1945 with the rank of Sergeant (E-5), and he earned the following awards: Distinguished Unit Award, American Campaign Medal, European African Middle-Eastern Campaign Medal with 5 Campaign Stars, and WW-II Victory Medal.

Funeral service is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
Following the dignified transfer, PGR will provide an escort to Summit View Cemetery, 628 Geise Rd., Attica, NY for burial with Military Honors.
