PGRNY Completed Missions

The family of Louis Tremiti has requested that the Patriot Guard Riders stand and honor his life and military service.  Louis, 83, passed on May 13, 2022.

Louis grew up in a Polish neighborhood in the Hudson Avenue area. He was the oldest of three children and frequently attended church at Holy Redeemer. At age 17, Louis joined the US Navy where he spent three years serving as a Seabee between 1956 and 1959.  Before, during, and post Navy, Louis always emphasized his patriotism and loved his country. His passion for his country and political beliefs were contagious to everyone around him and he was very insightful.

After the Navy, Louis worked for Bausch and Lomb, and one of the most booming companies at the time in Rochester, Kodak, where he retired not once, but twice. Outside of his work life, Louis joined the Polish Falcons and was a dedicated member since he was very young.
