ABOUT THE MISSION:
We have been requested to Honor the WWII Service of Kenneth C. Motts of Oakfield, NY, who passed away on September 2nd at the NYS Veteran's Home in Batavia. Mr. Motts served in the U.S. Army from 1945-1946, including 11 months in the European Theater of Operations in Germany with the 29th Infantry Regiment. Mr. Motts was Honorably Discharged on 2 December 1946 with the rank of Sergeant. For his Service to our Nation, Sgt. Motts earned: Army Good Conduct Medal; Army of Occupation Medal-Germany; WWII Victory Medal; Army M-1 Rifle Marksman Badge.

Special Instructions:
Assemble at the FH in preparation for Dignified Escort to Elmwood Cemetery, Silver Springs, NY (Rt.19A, just south of the Hamlet), a distance of approx. 40 miles. Burial Service with Military Honors at 2:00 PM.
Please arrive with a clean 3x5 American Flag or US Army flag, dress for the weather, and ensure your large bike flags are properly placed and securely attached for the long escort.
Please ensure your bike is fueled appropriately for the trip.
