|About the Mission:||The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand in honor of the life and service of George M. Mayer of Ransomville, NY who passed away on 15 November 2021.
Mr. Mayer served a total of 8 years in the US Army Reserve and US Army from 1955-1963, including 9 months of active duty from 1961-1962. His MOS was 212.10-Fire Control Crewman, and he was attached to Company C, 969th Engineer Battalion (Construction), US Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Mayer was honorably discharged from active duty on 2 July 1962, and from reserve duty on 4 June 1963 with the rank of Specialist 5th Class (E-5.)

The funeral service is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM.
Following the service and dignified transfer, PGR will escort to North Ridge Cemetery, 4210 Church Rd, Lockport, NY 14094 for burial with Military Honors.
