We have been requested to stand in Honor of U.S. Army Veteran Roy J. Handy, Jr. of Buffalo, who passed away on March 25th. Military information is limited, but we know Mr. Handy was attached to U.S. Army Artillery, and was Honorably Discharged on 11 September 1959 with the rank of Corporal.
